The Manchester Wheelchair Cape is a stylishly designed cape that helps to protect a child from wind and rain making it the perfect piece of clothing for use during those cold winter months. To provide maximum comfort for the child, the Cape is fitted with sleeves with elasticated cuffs and taped seams. The Wheelchair Cape also comes equipped with a hood and Velcro fastening at the neck. At the front of the Manchester Cape is two front pockets to further enhance protection to the hands or can simply store personal belongings.
