Economy Delivery (3-10 Working Days)

Orders under £10 (Ex VAT) postage is £2.95

Orders between £10.01 - £39.99 (Ex VAT) postage is £3.95

Orders over £40 (Ex VAT) postage is FREE.
Note: Economy delivery is only available for orders placed online.
Standard Delivery (2-5 Working Days)
The cost for standard delivery is £4.95
Express Delivery (1-2 Working Day)
Most stock items are available on express delivery service. If you would like to use this service please choose Express Delivery during checkout.
The cost for express delivery is £8.95
Note: Your order must be completed by 2:30pm on a working day to get your order sent out the same working day.
Large/Bulky Item Delivery
Delivery on large items such as scooters, rise recliners and hoists is a curb-side delivery and can not be brought in the house for you. These vary in price, please see the specific item for delivery prices.
Curbside Pallet Boxed
This option ensures your item arrives securely packaged in a box on a pallet, requiring unboxing and assembly before use and can not be brought into your house for you.
Curbside Pallet Ready To Drive
The item will be assembled and tested by our engineering team before dispatch so will be ready for you to just take off the pallet and drive.
Home delivery & Assembly
Your item will be delivered to the room of your choice, fully assembled and ready to use. Please note when choosing this service you must allow around 7-14 working days for delivery. For more information click here
Working Days
Working days are classed as Monday to Friday. Weekends & Public Holidays are excluded.
Postcode Restrictions
Unfortunately, some postcodes MAY be subject to extra charges/delivery restrictions, please contact us if you live in a very remote area or one of United Kingdoms many islands.

When will my order be processed & dispatched?
Orders received on working days by 12 noon will usually be dispatched the same day.
Who delivers your products?
Small products like crutch ferrules will be sent via Royal Mail, larger items like wheelchairs & ramps will be sent via courier. Someone will have to be there to sign for the delivery. Mobility Scooters, Beds, Riser Recliners & Power chairs are either delivered on a pallet or by our Engineering team.
