Collect From Our Garstang Showroom

Collection of the scooter is available at our Garstang showroom (15 minutes from Lancaster, 25 minutes from Blackpool), where you will find it fully prepared and ready for immediate use. Upon your arrival, our dedicated staff will provide you with a warm welcome and guide you to your new scooter, which has been carefully prepped for your collection. This means that from the moment you pick it up, your scooter is set up, checked, and adjusted to ensure optimal performance and safety. We ensure that all necessary preparations have been made so that you can start enjoying your scooter right away, without any further requirements for setup or adjustments. Our team at the Garstang showroom is also available to answer any questions you might have and to offer advice on maintenance and care to ensure you get the most out of your new purchase.

Home Delivery

Your scooter will arrive at your doorstep, delivered directly to your home, in a state of complete assembly and ready for immediate use. This means that from the moment you receive it, there will be no need for you to engage in any complicated setup procedures or assembly processes.

Ready To Drive

Upon delivery, your scooter will arrive fully assembled and securely fastened to a pallet, ensuring it reaches you in pristine condition. To begin enjoying your new scooter, all that is required from you is to carefully remove it from the pallet. This straightforward process eliminates the need for any assembly or complex setup, allowing you to start using your scooter immediately.

Standard Pallet Delivery

Upon its arrival, the scooter will be securely delivered on a pallet, ensuring its protection during transit. Once it reaches you, you will need to undertake the process of unboxing and assembling the scooter. This involves carefully removing the scooter and its components from the packaging, followed by a step-by-step assembly according to the instructions provided. This process is designed to be straightforward, allowing you to prepare your new scooter for its first ride. While assembly is required, all necessary tools and detailed guidance will be included to assist you in putting your scooter together efficiently and safely, ensuring you can enjoy your new mode of transport with minimal delay.

Scooter Warranty Options

Basic Return To Base (RTB) Warranty

Our 'Return to Base' warranty covers all parts and labour required to repair any manufacturing defects that your mobility device may experience during the warranty period. Under this policy, in the event that your scooter or powerchair develops a manufacturing defect, it is your responsibility to return the product to our service centre.

Please note, while we ensure that all repair costs related to parts and labour are covered under this warranty, the arrangement and cost of transporting the scooter or powerchair to and from our service centre are not included.

Diamond Care Warranty

Diamond Care Warranty warranty goes beyond the standard coverage, encompassing not only all parts and labour necessary for repairs but also extending to cover the costs associated with any call-outs and the collection of your product for service in the event of a valid claim.

Under the Diamond Care Warranty, should your product experience any manufacturing defect, you can rest assured that the entire process of diagnosing, transporting, repairing, and returning your product will be managed and financed by us. This means that in the case of a valid warranty claim, you won't have to worry about the logistical hassles or expenses typically involved with getting your product serviced. Our aim is to ensure that your experience is as convenient and stress-free as possible.

Rest assured, for customers with Diamond or Ultimate warranty packages, we make every effort to respond promptly in the event of a manufacturing defect. Our goal is to address any issues at your premises within a span of 7-10 days. However, if the fault cannot be readily resolved on-site, we will arrange for the item to be collected, repaired, and promptly returned to you.

Please bear in mind that the typical turnaround time for collection, repair, and return is approximately 14 days, though it is possible for this duration to extend further in some cases. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated. It's important to note that, regrettably, we are unable to provide loan equipment or compensation during this period.

The Monarch Mini 4 Mobility Scooter features a rock-solid build to provide maximum reliability and agile manoeuvrability. Easily splitting apart in seconds, the Mini 4 can be easily stored or transported in the boot of a car. Its tubular construction promotes ultimate strength and ensures this Portable Mobility Scooter has the capability of carrying up to 133.5 kgs (21 stone) in weight, whilst still remaining lightweight for ease of storage and transportation. The seat is fitted with armrests that also flip up to allow easy side transfers both onto and off the scooter. The controls situated on the comfortable, Delta Grip tiller are clear and easy to operate including a gauge to show you the power level of the battery, a horn and a speed adjustment knob. Many other useful features are included such as a front basket and an added extra under-seat basket as well. To provide the user with a smooth and comfortable ride on bumpy terrains, the Mini 4 Mobility Scooter is equipped with rear shock-absorbing springs and large tyres. As standard, the Monarch Mini 4 comes with 1 x 18 a/h batteries to give a potential maximum range of up to 12 miles in between charges.

N.B. The Monarch Mini 4 comes with Free In-Home Delivery whereby your Mobility Scooter is delivered by a friendly, Mobility Scooter specialist who will set up, check and demonstrate it to you at your premises.
