Ambiturn Patient Turner

The Ambiturn Patient Turner is designed to assist with transferring patients making sit-to-stand transfers easy for both patient and carer. Suitable for individuals with reduced mobility who are still able to weight bear, it is a transfer aid that will assist with pivoting transfers between different surfaces and transport users short distances. The unique design allows individuals to get close and rise to a standing position using natural movements and the low profile base facilitates user feet placement. It features a narrow recessed front that will fit between wheelchair wheels and around the toilet for perfect positioning. For optimum user comfort, the knee supports are height adjustable making it easy to adapt the device for any patient. Due to its lightweight construction, it is easy to manoeuvre and transport. It is equipped with foot-operated brakes on the centre wheels that will help ensure stability during transfers.
