    Suitable for a two-person evacuation, the Alerta Evacuation Sheet will get an individual to safety in times of emergency. It is designed to be fixed to a foam mattress using strong elastics; safety belts will then hold the user on the mattress allowing controlled and easy access through doorways and down stairs.

    Standard Delivery (2-5 Working Days) is £4.95
