The Orbi Turn Patient Turner is made to assist with standing and seat-to-seat transfers while reducing the need for heavy manual lifting. The device encourages the user to take an active part in the movement where they can, helping to make transfers smoother and less demanding for the carer. Its sturdy steel frame provides a reliable base and will support users up to 190 kg (30 stone).

Adjustability helps the unit fit different users and carers. Both the handbar and knee pads are height-adjustable over a substantial range, and a dedicated thigh pad provides a secure contact point for extra comfort. Clear non-slip footprints show where to place the feet and improve stability while positioning and turning.

Movement and positioning are straightforward thanks to a 360° turntable that rotates smoothly, even in confined spaces, plus two rear castors for transporting between clients and a front-mounted sprung castor for precise placement.
