What do I do if I received the wrong item?

We are sorry to hear we have sent you an item that is different from what you have ordered!

Please start with double-checking your order confirmation to see what you ordered. If you have not received the ordered product please contact us on contact@mobilitysmart.co.uk with the following information, and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake: 

  • Name
  • Delivery Postcode
  • Order number
  • Name or SKU of product that is wrong
  • Photo of what was received if possible
