How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order for whatever reason please email us on contact@mobilitysmart.co.uk with the following information:

• Name
• Delivery Postcode
• Order Number

If the order has not left us yet we will cancel the order and process you a refund.

If the order has left us we can not cancel the order. Once the item is delivered please follow our returns process which you can read about here.
