This Heavy Duty Self-Propelled Wheelchair comes with a 510mm (20") wide seat and boasts a double crossbar, double-reinforced upholstery and a chrome-plated steel frame. Perfect for larger, bariatric users, this Heavy Duty Wheelchair has been designed to support users weighing up to 140 kgs (22 stone). To provide a smooth and stable ride when travelling outdoors the wheelchair is equipped with 600mm (24") solid rear wheels and 200mm (8") solid front wheels. The moulded armrests and reinforced double thickness upholstery provide the user with ultimate comfort at all times. To allow for easy transfers both front and sideways the armrests are detachable and the footrests swing away. Easy push-to-lock wheel brakes enable the user to keep the wheelchair stable during transfers or while relaxing in the chair.
