The Enigma XS uses a strong aluminium frame to keep the overall weight low while remaining sturdy. The frame folds down to a compact package so the chair fits into a car boot or is easier to store at home. Both the blue and red options are designed for travel, with a simple folding method and a half-folding backrest on the larger-seat model to reduce overall bulk.
Comfort has been prioritised with a deluxe padded seat and back cushion and a tension-adjustable backrest so you can adjust support where you need it. The chair includes padded desk-style armrests for comfortable forearm support and clear access to tables, while swing-out footrests and flip-up armrests make side transfers and seating changes easier.
Wheels and safety are built for everyday use: the front tyres are solid, puncture-proof polyurethane for low maintenance and the rear wheels are puncture resistant. The Enigma XS has been fully crash-tested for vehicle transportation. The red 500mm (20") seat model also features quick-release 24" rear wheels to save space when storing or loading the chair.
