    Q. Is it suitable for both the standard and larger batteries?
    A. It is compatible with both battery sizes. The bigger battery will need more time to charge because of its higher capacity.
    Q. The charger shows both red and green lights and the battery won’t charge – is the charger faulty?
    A. If the charger shows both red and green lights even before it’s plugged into the battery, it may be faulty. Normally it should show a steady red light while charging and turn green only when the battery is full. Check all connections, try another compatible charger if possible, and have the battery checked if it’s old. If issues continue, the charger is likely to need replacing.
