A specialist team will deliver your powerchair to your room of choice, provide full professional assembly, and ensure the powerchair is ready for immediate use. We also remove all bulky packaging for you, leaving your home tidy. Please allow 7-14 working days for this specialist service. Note: If you live in a remote or offshore area, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

Room of Choice Delivery

A two-person delivery service that takes the heavy lifting out of your hands. We will carry your powerchair to any room you choose and remove all packaging material for you. This service is delivered within 2-3 working days. (Note: This option includes delivery to your room and packaging removal, but does not include professional assembly).

Ready to Drive Pallet Delivery

This is the fastest way to receive your new powerchair in a state of complete assembly. Your order will arrive fully built and securely fastened to a pallet, ensuring it reaches you in pristine condition and is protected during transit. Delivered within 1-2 working days, this service is made to the nearest safe curbside location outside your property.

To begin enjoying your powerchair, all that is required is to carefully remove it from the pallet. This straightforward process eliminates the need for any tools, complex setup, or technical assembly, allowing you to start using your powerchair immediately. Please note: As this is a curbside delivery, you may require assistance to move the powerchair from the delivery point into your home.

Diamond Care Warranty

Diamond Care Warranty warranty goes beyond the standard coverage, encompassing not only all parts and labour necessary for repairs but also extending to cover the costs associated with any call-outs and the collection of your product for service in the event of a valid claim.

Under the Diamond Care Warranty, should your product experience any manufacturing defect, you can rest assured that the entire process of diagnosing, transporting, repairing, and returning your product will be managed and financed by us. This means that in the case of a valid warranty claim, you won't have to worry about the logistical hassles or expenses typically involved with getting your product serviced. Our aim is to ensure that your experience is as convenient and stress-free as possible.

Rest assured, for customers with Diamond or Ultimate warranty packages, we make every effort to respond promptly in the event of a manufacturing defect. Our goal is to address any issues at your premises within a span of 7-10 days. However, if the fault cannot be readily resolved on-site, we will arrange for the item to be collected, repaired, and promptly returned to you.

Please bear in mind that the typical turnaround time for collection, repair, and return is approximately 14 days, though it is possible for this duration to extend further in some cases. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated. It's important to note that, regrettably, we are unable to provide loan equipment or compensation during this period.

Power Chair Service Plan

To ensure the ongoing safety, reliability, and optimal performance of your power chair, we strongly recommend that you commit to an annual service. Regular maintenance is crucial in identifying and addressing any potential issues before they become major problems, thus extending the lifespan of your power chair and ensuring it remains a dependable mode of transportation.

To make the process as seamless as possible, we proactively manage the scheduling of your annual service. We will contact you in advance when your power chair is due for its next service to arrange a convenient date and time. Our skilled engineer will then visit your location to perform the service, ensuring that your power chair remains in top condition without any hassle on your part.

Please Note: It is important to be aware that the service plan, including the discounted rates and the annual service arrangement, is not transferable. This means that if ownership of the power chair changes, the service plan cannot be passed on to the new owner. This policy is in place to ensure that our records and service commitments remain accurate and dedicated to the original purchaser.
