We also remove all bulky packaging for you, leaving your home tidy. Please allow 7-14 working days for this specialist service. Note: If you live in a remote or offshore area, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

FREE Delivery

This is a standard delivery of large or bulky items to the main entrance (front door) of your home or building, delivered within 2-3 working days. Your powerchair will arrive securely packaged, either in a box or on a pallet, depending on the model. While our drivers will always endeavour to deliver to your door, please note that if access is restricted, delivery will be made to the kerbside or the nearest accessible point. As this is a doorstep service, you will be responsible for unpacking the powerchair and completing basic self-assembly using the instructions provided.

Room of Choice Delivery

A two-person delivery service that takes the heavy lifting out of your hands. We will carry your powerchair to any room you choose and remove all packaging material for you. This service is delivered within 2-3 working days. (Note: This option includes delivery to your room and packaging removal, but does not include professional assembly).

Skip the shipping costs and pick up your powerchair directly from our Garstang showroom (15 minutes from Lancaster, 25 minutes from Blackpool). Most orders are ready for collection within 1-3 business hours. Your powerchair will be fully prepared, checked, and adjusted by our specialist team to ensure it is safe and ready for immediate use. Our staff will be on hand to guide you through the controls and offer advice on maintenance.

Ready to Drive Pallet Delivery

This is the fastest way to receive your new powerchair in a state of complete assembly. Your order will arrive fully built and securely fastened to a pallet, ensuring it reaches you in pristine condition and is protected during transit. Delivered within 1-2 working days, this service is made to the nearest safe curbside location outside your property.

To begin enjoying your powerchair, all that is required is to carefully remove it from the pallet. This straightforward process eliminates the need for any tools, complex setup, or technical assembly, allowing you to start using your powerchair immediately. Please note: As this is a curbside delivery, you may require assistance to move the powerchair from the delivery point into your home.

Built for manoeuvrability, the Reno Elite has a tight turning circle and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
