The highly versatile Permobil SmartDrive MX2+ is a powered Wheelchair add-on that can be fitted to most manual wheelchairs. Making it the perfect travel companion, the drive unit can be simply attached and detached as and when required. The SmartDrive comes supplied with switches or as an optional extra you can have the new SpeedControl Dial or the E3 PushTracker. The SpeedControl Dial brings a new level of control and intuitiveness to the SmartDrive. By simply rotating the dial forwards and backwards the user can start, stop and adjust their speed. The control is wired and directly powered by the main unit which means only one device needs to be charged. The Permobil SmartDrive MX2+ has a free to download PushTracker App available for Android or Apple which lets the user customise the way they use the SmartDrive, track the usage and get insights to help improve health.
