The Padded Raised Toilet Seat from Mobility Smart increases the sitting height by 100 mm (4"), helping to reduce the effort required when lowering onto and rising from the toilet. The top surface is padded for comfort and wrapped in a soft PU cover, giving a gentler surface than a hard seat and helping to make toileting more comfortable for short- or medium-term use.

This seat secures to the toilet using hook-and-loop fastenings on the underside, so fitting is straightforward and does not require tools. The fastenings allow the seat to be attached and removed with ease, which helps when storing the seat or when the toilet needs a thorough clean. The removable PU cover wipes clean quickly and can be taken off for more detailed cleaning if required.

At around 500 g, the seat is light enough for most people or carers to lift and position without difficulty, yet stable in use when correctly fitted to a toilet.
