It provides a 75 mm (3 in) raise to the existing toilet seat and an overall rise of 100 mm (4 in) when used with a standard seat, helping to reduce the distance needed to stand or sit.
Fitting is straightforward: squeeze the open "horseshoe" section, locate the front clip under the existing seat and push down until the clip engages. To remove the seat, reverse the steps and release the rear clip first. This clip-on system makes the product quick to attach and remove, which is especially useful for carers and for taking away on holiday.
