This is a heavy-duty mobile patient lift in the Oxford Presence range, supplied in a low leg layout to suit beds with a low frame. The hoist has a low-profile 59 mm leg height, allowing the legs to reach close to the floor, and it supports a 227 kg maximum user weight. At around 40 kg the hoist is substantial yet manoeuvrable for everyday use.

The legs are driven by electric motors that open and close automatically, allowing a carer to position the hoist precisely without manual levering. A 6-point spreader bar gives stable lifting and the spreader-bar height ranges from 430 mm at its lowest to 1910 mm at its highest, making transfers from floor level up to raised mattresses straightforward.

The hoist has a minimum overall height of 1460 mm and a maximum overall height of 2065 mm, with a turning radius of 1630 mm. When the legs are open the external width is 1150 mm and the internal width is 1020 mm, giving room to approach beds and chairs safely.

On board the hoist is the Smart Monitor diagnostic control, which records how much the actuator works and advises when to schedule maintenance checks.
