The Invacare Action 2NG Self-Propelled Wheelchair has been specially designed with a range of benefits that make travel much easier and more comfortable for the user. Its easy handling makes this wheelchair ideal for basic needs with quality components for effortless driving performance both indoors and out. This wheelchair comes with removable full-length armrests and footplates to provide the optimum sitting position, and it also includes a folding backrest for easy storage. There is more space for the feet when getting out of the wheelchair or when foot propelling, as the front castors are mounted on the outside of the frame. The rear wheel mounting plate is designed to allow the seat height to be adjusted to one of three height positions, whilst anti-tippers are fitted at the rear of the chair to improve safety and assist the raising of the wheelchair to mount a kerb or small step. Highly versatile and to promote optimum comfort, the seat on this wheelchair is depth adjustable. The Invacare Action 2NG boasts solid tyres to promote reliability and low maintenance and it has been fully crash tested to allow for use in a vehicle.
