    The Action 2NG Self Propelled Wheelchair puts practical adjustments within easy reach. With removable full‑length armrests and detachable footplates, transfers become simpler for both user and carer, while the folding backrest helps reduce storage space when the chair is not in use. The front castors are mounted on the outside of the frame to give extra room for the feet, which helps when foot propelling or rising from the seat.

    Comfort and stability are built in. The seat is depth adjustable and the rear wheel mounting plate lets you choose one of three seat height positions, so the chair can be tailored to suit leg length and daily needs. Anti‑tippers are fitted to help when mounting a kerb or small step, and the chair uses solid tyres for reliable, low‑maintenance use. It has been transport crash tested for vehicle use when correctly restrained.

    A. We don’t sell an elevating leg rest for it, and the manufacturer does not offer one either. However we do sell wheelchairs with elevating leg rests

    A. The correct seat width for the 18" option is 460 mm, which matches an 18" seat.

    A. Yes, the armrests are removable and it comes with a seatbelt.

    A. Yes, it comes with solid tyres as standard.
    Q. Can I buy a replacement footplate for it?
