Detailed description
The Skye places comfort at its heart with luxury recliner seating, an integrated armrest recline system and generous ergonomic cushioning. Its modular seating design separates the seating system from the drive base so seating styles can be personalised to suit individual preferences. Users can find relaxed positions for reading, resting or longer journeys without sacrificing support.
Beneath the seat the Skye uses a magnesium alloy chassis for a refined, lightweight feel while retaining structural strength. Twin dual 300W brushless hub motors deliver smooth, quiet and responsive driving, complemented by front suspension that helps absorb bumps and uneven surfaces. Practical mobility is provided by a maximum speed of 6 km/h and a maximum range of up to 30 km.
Controls are straightforward with an intuitive joystick control and options for adjustable steering and acceleration to suit individual driving styles. An attendant remote control adds flexibility for carers, and the Skye's contemporary styling with concealed wiring gives a clean, uncluttered appearance.
