The Casa Elite Profiling Bed provides electric adjustment across head, foot and knee sections to allow a range of comfortable positions. The bed uses a 4-section metal mesh mattress support which works with the profiling functions, and the controls are handled via a simple 9-button handset that is easy for both carers and residents to use.

Height adjustment moves the bed between a low and a high position to help with transfers and care tasks, and the frame is fitted with individually braked castors so the bed can be locked firmly in place. The bed is supplied with fully enclosed Beech-effect wooden ends and wooden side rails as standard, giving a neat, familiar appearance suitable for care settings.

Installation and handling have been considered during the design. The bed breaks down into sections, each kept under 25 kg, to allow one person to install or handle sections safely. A transport stand is referenced for handling, and a transport weight is provided to assist planning for delivery and moving.
