Detailed description

This is a fully electric profiling bed finished with Oak Wood head and foot boards to suit both home and care environments. The bed gives carers straightforward control of positioning through an intuitive handset and a range of electric adjustments. Its build focuses on everyday reliability, combining functional components with a tidy, familiar appearance.

Positioning options include an electrically adjustable backrest and leg sections together with Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg tilt functions and a click-stop lower leg elevation. The handset offers multiple settings and is lockable with 10 functions, so adjustments can be made safely and locked to prevent accidental changes.

Safety and movement are supported by a pair of side rails and a low minimum platform height down to 300 mm, which helps with low transfers and reducing drop risk. The bed runs on four 3 in castors and features a robust braking arrangement to keep the bed stationary during transfers.

The sleeping area is a four-section mattress support with integrated mattress grips that help hold the mattress in place. The mattress platform measures 2000 x 900 mm, with overall bed dimensions of 2090 x 1020 mm. The bed supports a maximum safe working load of 200 kg (31.5 stone), and is designed to be assembled, dismantled and transported with minimal fuss.
