The Camry digital hand dynamometer gives a clear measure of grip strength using a high precision strain gauge sensor. It measures up to 180 kg / 400 lbs and displays readings on a large LCD screen so you can see current and peak values at a glance. While you squeeze the device shows the live force, and it automatically holds the maximum value when you release.

You can save results for up to 19 definable users, each with stored age and gender settings that help the meter rate each test as weak, normal, or strong. After a test the display can show the change from the last saved result to make it simple to spot improvements or declines. Memory recall and comparison are available at any time through the unit’s controls.

The grip fits a wide range of hands thanks to an adjustable grip knob, and readings switch easily between units with the onboard buttons. The device offers fine resolution at 0.1 kg / 0.2 lb, runs on 2 × AAA batteries (included) and comes with a 5-year warranty for added reassurance. Controls are straightforward so tests can be performed by the person being assessed or by a carer.
