How to Use

1. Remove the isolation tag from the battery case.
2. Press the (ON/SET) button to turn the unit on.
3. Use the middle two buttons (ARROWS up/down) to select a user. Press (ON/SET) again to cycle between gender and age for that user, and edit the values using the arrows.
4. When ready, press the (START) button to begin your handgrip test.
5. Press (ON/SET) to switch between LB / KG at any time.
6. While squeezing, the display shows the current force. When you release, it displays your maximum (peak) grip strength.
7. Press the (ARROW down) button to save the result, or press (START) to retest.
8. After the test, once the max result is displayed, wait six seconds to see how many lbs/kgs more or less you achieved compared with your saved result.
