Q. Is this battery the same as the Mountway Solo Toilet Lift TL621 battery?

A. Yes. Battery MS27840 is the correct replacement and is equivalent to TL621 for this product.

Q. Do you ship it to the USA?

Q. The battery isn’t holding charge and the light comes on a lot – does it need replacing?

A. Yes. If the battery won’t hold charge and the light comes on often, it’s usually a sign the battery is at the end of its life and should be replaced.

Q. What lights should come on when I charge it?

A. When it is charging correctly, a green light shows on the white battery and a red light shows on the black charging cable.
