This Smoking Apron is made for use where smoking takes place in a set‑aside room or controlled smoking area and is fully fire retardant to help protect upholstery from cigarette burns. It is specifically designed for wheelchairs, providing a practical cover that fits over the seat and back without requiring removal of the chair. The apron’s exceptionally wide profile gives good coverage across the arms and knees so there are no uncovered gaps where burns might occur, and it complies with BS717 Crib 5 for fire retardancy.

For hygiene and easy upkeep the apron is machine washable at 50°C, allowing regular cleaning after use. The apron’s dimensions (a 960mm width with a 1200mm front length and 1220mm back length) are intended to cover most standard wheelchair seating and leg areas while remaining straightforward to position and adjust. Because it is made to protect fabrics, it helps reduce the time and effort spent on frequent spot cleaning and repairs.
