Practicality is built in: the chair is fitted with drop-down armrests to allow easy side transfers and comes with a sacral gap as standard to aid cleaning and infection management. For greater flexibility the chair can be fitted, at extra cost, with a seat height adjuster so the seat can be adjusted in height, and it is also available with housekeeping wheels to enable the chair to be moved freely and easily around the home, reducing manual handling.
