The Neptune Bath Lift has a slimline construction that allows the user to sit further back and deeper in the bath, creating better legroom and a more comfortable bathing position. It is suitable for use in the majority of bath shapes, including corner baths, and its low resting position of 70 mm from the bath base increases possible water immersion for a more relaxing experience.

Comfort comes from a sturdy glass-filled polypropylene seat mounted on a robust, rustproof aluminium frame. The whole unit is one of the lighter fixed-back bath lifts available at around 9.5 kg, while supporting a maximum user weight of 160 kg (25 stone). The relatively low weight makes it easier to lift clear of the bath and to move when needed.

Safety and everyday use are kept simple with non-slip suction pads that secure the lift to both curved and flat areas of the bath floor, plus built-in safety controls that prevent the lift from lowering if there is insufficient power to bring the user back up. The Neptune comes with a waterproof handset featuring an easy rocker switch and a charge level indicator, and the seat detaches from the frame so the lift separates into two lightweight pieces for storage or transport. It is also suitable for thermal decontamination in automated washing machines where required.
