The Multitec Tilt-in-Space is built on a sturdy steel frame that stays stable through both tilt and recline movements. The chair offers both tilt and recline functionality, allowing you to adjust seating and back angles to suit comfort and positioning. Quick adjustments are made from the push handle, so an attendant can change the backrest or seat angle without disturbing the user.

Comfort features include a padded, adjustable headrest with multi-positional ear cushions, detachable padded armrests and elevating leg rests that can be altered in width, height and depth of the calf cushion. The backrest reclines between 90° and 120°, and the backrest height has two cushion options so you can tailor support to individual needs.

Safety and mobility are supported by anti-tip wheels and an integral stepper tube that smooths passage over kerbs and bumps. For users with an attendant, there is an optional drum brake which works as both a driving and parking brake, useful on slopes. The chair is offered in multiple sizes so you can choose the best fit.
