ThoraxSlings with Seat Support

The ThoraxSling with Seat Support is a specially adapted sit-to-stand sling that offers enhanced comfort, stability, and safety during standing transfers and toileting routines. Designed for compatibility with SystemRoMedic™ MiniLift devices (including the MiniLift200, MiniLift160, and MiniLift125), this version includes additional seat support to improve weight distribution and provide extra assistance beneath the user. It ensures a secure upright position by offering firm back support while the integrated seat section adds further reassurance during movement. The sling’s ergonomic shape is carefully crafted to prevent it from riding up under the arms, reducing pressure and increasing user comfort. Available in a variety of materials—durable polyester for regular use, wipe-clean versions for infection control, and disposable non-woven fabric for short-term needs—it is suited to a range of care environments. With a generous safe working load of up to 300kg (47.25 stone), and optional armholders for hemiplegic users in the polyester model, the ThoraxSling with Seat Support is a versatile and user-friendly solution for safe, dignified transfers.
