How much flat space does my bath need for the suckers?

You need around 410mm x 340mm (16 x 13.5 inches) of flat, level surface for the suckers. If your bath is slightly smaller or curved where they sit, the lift may not be secure and should not be used.

What should I do if it won’t deflate?

Deflate it while someone is sitting on it or applying firm pressure, as this helps the air escape. If this doesn’t work, there could be an issue with the exhaust valve and you should contact us for support.

What materials is it made of?

The Bathing Cushion is constructed from a very strong polyurethane-coated nylon material.

We don’t offer installation for this product, but it is designed to be quick and simple to set up yourself.

Are MS32191 and MS18005 different versions of it?

They are identical. Only the product codes/names differ to help customers find it.

How long is the guarantee?

Can I use it in a double Jacuzzi bath?

No. It is not suitable for double Jacuzzi baths and should only be used in standard-shaped baths for safety.

It is made for standard-width baths; however, it may fit narrow baths. If your bath is compact, you can do a dry run & return if it's not suitable.

A. The maximum lift height is approximately 17" (43 cm) from the bottom of the bath, controlled by the simple up/down handset.

Q. Why does it push me forward and feel wobbly when inflating?

A. Only part‑inflate the back cushion so it acts as support rather than pushing you forward, and make sure the suckers on the base are firmly fixed to a clean, smooth bath surface.

Q. Can I buy a replacement cushion for it?

A. Yes. The replacement cushion is sold separately and can be ordered from our website.

Q. Can the battery be replaced?

A. Yes, the battery can be replaced. If your pump is an Airflow 12 (check the label underneath), you can use the Mangar Airflow 12 Replacement NiMH Battery.
