The Freedom Chair A08 pairs a compact, folding design with practical power. Its lightweight frame weighs around 26.9 kgs and folds in seconds, allowing the user to easily store it at home or fit it into a car boot. The folding action keeps the chair compact, which helps when space is limited and when you are transporting the chair to appointments or visits.
Power comes from twin 200 W brushless motors and an electromagnetic braking system, giving controlled forward and reverse movement up to a top speed of 4 mph (6.5 km/h). The drive setup and spring suspension combine to make the ride smoother over paving and garden paths, while anti‑tip wheels add stability on slopes and kerbs.
Battery options make the A08 flexible for short trips or longer days out. Each lithium‑ion battery is 24 V 10 Ah and gives roughly 9 miles (15 km) per battery.
