This Rocker Knife is designed for individuals unable to use a knife and fork at the same time to cut their food. To use, apply gentle pressure to the handle and then simply rock back and forth. By applying pressure from directly above the food to be cut, less hand strength and dexterity are needed. Very easy-to-use adaptive knife cuts food with a rocking motion for individuals experiencing poor hand strength. The Rocker Knife is ideal for weakened grip capabilities caused by arthritis, nerve damage, strokes, or those recovering from surgery. The T-shaped knife is comfortable for any user to hold, perfect for one-handed users. It is designed to minimize the usual pressure required to use a regular knife. The 4 ½” stainless steel blade helps to mitigate pain and to reduce the risk of a cutting injury. Users can choose between a plastic or wood handle. The wood handle is dishwasher safe up to 125°F (52°C) whereas the plastic handle is dishwasher safe up to 220°F (104°C).

Kings Double Ended Handles With StrapThese are versions of the Standard Built-Up and Lightweight Foam Handles with utensil apertures in both ends. They are supplied with a transparent adjustable strap and a fixing spigot that fits in the second hole.
