This ex-demonstration Brookfield chair features a dual motor system that lets you control the backrest and leg rest independently, so you can sit upright or recline with your feet raised. The movement is driven by an OKIN dual motor mechanism, giving smooth, controlled action, and the simple hand control tucks into a side pocket when you do not need it.

Safety has been considered throughout. A spring-loaded footrest automatically flips up if it meets an obstruction while lowering, helping to reduce the chance of injury or damage. The chair sits on four castors, with two braked castors to hold the chair steady when required, and there is an optional push handle supplied for fitting if extra help is needed to move the chair around the home.

The Brookfield is upholstered in easy-to-clean PU fabric for everyday practicality and meets relevant fire resistance standards: PU fabric BS5852 part 1 and foam inner BS5852 part 2 Crib 5. Practical seat dimensions and a minimum clearance of 72 cm from the wall for normal operation help you plan where to place the chair at home.
