    The Aston Shower Commode offers a host of excellent features including the bright blue PU covers that help to assist those users with a visual impairment and a moulded seat that provides maximum comfort and warmth. Highly versatile, the Aston Shower Commode Chair is suitable for use over most standard toilets. To allow for easy transfers both on and off the Commode it comes equipped with flip-up armrests and swing-out footrests, the arm and footrests can also be quickly and easily removed if not required.

    A. It requires light assembly: you just need to attach the backrest and footrests. Tools and instructions are included.
    Q. What is the seat width?
    A. The standard chair has an 18" seat, whilst the heavy-duty option has a 21.5" seat.
    Q. Will it fit over a 500mm high toilet?
    A. It is unlikely to fit over a 500mm high toilet. For a height-adjustable option, we recommend the Aquatec Ocean Shower Commode Chair.
    Q. Are the brakes easy to use with your foot?
    A. Yes. The brakes are designed for easy foot operation, so you can quickly lock and unlock it.
    Q. What is the maximum under-seat clearance height?
    A. The under-seat clearance ranges from 510 mm to 560 mm at its highest setting.
