The Alerta Soft Heel Protectors use a soft, breathable fabric that aims to reduce friction and help manage pressure on the heel. The outer material is natural cotton, which helps keep the area cool and limits perspiration, while the internal padding provides a comfortable surface and slightly raises the foot to reduce direct contact with the bed or chair. These protectors are supplied as a pair, so both heels can be protected at the same time.

Fitting is straightforward: place the protector under the heel and fasten the straps to achieve a tailored fit that stays secure. The fabric is treated to be antibacterial and the product is phthalate free for peace of mind. Care is simple: the protectors are machine washable to 40°C, can be tumble dried at low temperature and may be ironed at low temperature; dry cleaning is also allowed. Regular washing will help maintain hygiene and the product’s performance.
