Standard Warranty Most new items have a 12 Month return to base warranty. Unless other wise stated. Items such as tyres, innertubes, gloves, some incontinence & bathing aids etc may have shorter warranties.

On-Site Warranty

On-Site warranty means that in the event a product failure we will send an engineer out to either repair or replace the faulty product.

Return To Base Return to base warranty means if you run into any problems during the warranty period simply give us a call & we will establish over the phone which part is faulty. Then all you have to do is return the faulty part to us & we will either replace or repair the part and return it back to you. Customers are responsible for all carriage costs.
