The Permobil X850 Corpus 3G is an extremely powerful wheelchair that has been purpose-built for the outdoors. Incredibly durable and robust, the Permobil X850 Corpus 3G is the perfect choice for those users that want a high-performance wheelchair for venturing both in natural environments or the city. The X850 is rear-wheel drive, with powerful motors and independent suspension on the large wheels. It maintains high performance even at 15kmph (9mph) and with Electronic Steering Performance (ESP) to ensure that you never lose control when turning corners. Robust rubber bumpers can take knocks, and the wheelbase itself can extend, providing extra stability when travelling at speed. The X850's seating is able to rotate fully 180 degrees, so that transfer on and off is simple, and ergonomic contoured seating which is designed to the body's natural form provides high levels of comfort. The seating system allows for powered seat lift, tilt, backrest and armrest adjustments.
