The Permobil F5 Corpus Powerchair is the ideal choice for the more active, outdoor Wheelchair user as it has been designed to provide high performance over long distances and varied terrains. This luxury Powered Wheelchair also features a tight turning circle thus making it suitable for indoor use as well. The F5 Corpus features fully independent suspension across all wheels as well as caster glide pivot wheels producing smooth manoeuvrability and further stability at speed. With a focus on ride performance, Permobil designed this chair to be reliable over long distances however it also delivers high levels of comfort as standard with the Corpus Seating system. It offers support for the clinical as well as the lifestyle needs of active users, and features anterior tilt as well as various optional seat functions. Active Reach on the F3 Corpus tilts the seat forwards up to 30° whilst also raising the seat to extend functional reach, helping greatly with everyday activities as well as transfers.
Various alternative drive controls are available for non-joystick users. The F5 incorporates the latest positioning and driving controls, such as a full-colour LCD display and memory function. It is highly customisable and includes a choice of 13 shroud colours.
