This highly versatile Food Preparation Board is a chopping and multi-functional food prep board that has been specifically designed to assist users with weak hand function or semi-loss of use of one hand. Made from attractive and durable rubberwood, it features a stainless steel coarse and fine grater, a peeler/slicer and an integral collection bowl making it the perfect solution to peeling, slicing and grating. When the spikes are upturned food can be held securely in place whilst cutting, allowing for one-handed completion. Rubber feet on the base prevent the Food Preparation Board from sliding on hard surfaces.
