Why won't the feet stick to the bath anymore?

This usually happens when soap or bath products build up on the suction feet. Clean them thoroughly with warm water and mild soap, rinse well, let them dry fully, then refit in a clean, smooth area of the bath.

Do I need to update it after changing the batteries?

No update is needed. Once you fit new batteries, it should work as normal.

How much weight can it safely support?

The maximum safe user weight is 150 kg (approximately 25 stone).

Can I use it in a bath that has grab rails or handles?

Yes, you can use it in a bath with grab rails, as long as there is enough clear space between the handles for the cushion to sit flat and inflate properly.

Should it fully deflate on its own?

It is normal for some air to remain after deflating. It is designed to deflate mostly under weight, and pressing it down helps release the remaining air so it lies flatter. You can also disconnect the hose for quicker, more complete deflation.

Is it safe to use after a hip replacement?

It gently lowers and raises you in the bath and may be suitable after hip surgery, but you must check with your doctor or occupational therapist to confirm it meets your 90° hip precautions.

Can I get a carry case for it?

There is no carrying case supplied with it, and we do not offer one as an accessory.

Yes. It will work in a 54 cm wide bath as long as there is a reasonably flat base for the four suction feet and space to avoid the plug.

What guarantee does it come with?

It has a 1-year manufacturer’s guarantee covering defects in materials and workmanship on both the cushion and the Airflo 12, but not accidental damage or wear and tear.

How do I claim VAT relief on it for a disabled user?

It can be bought VAT-free for an eligible disabled person. Confirm VAT exemption during checkout or via a simple self-declaration, or get in touch after ordering so we can refund the VAT once eligibility is confirmed.

How to use

A. No. It is only sold as a complete set with three cushions.

Q. Why won’t it deflate when I press the remote?

A. The remote button only opens the air valve. The cushion needs weight on it to push the air out, or you can unplug the hose and it will slowly deflate.

Q. Does it deflate flat to the bottom of the bath?

A. Yes, it deflates right down to the bottom of the bath for full body submersion.
