Q. Are you still dispatching orders?
A.
Yes, our warehouse is still operating with reduced staff.

Q. Wheres my order?
A. If your order hasn't arrived allow 7 working days BEFORE contacting us.

Q. Can I call you?
A. Yes BUT only if necessary, if you are able to order online or email your question.

Q. I have my tracking information but the order still hasn't arrived?
A.
Most couriers have double the normal parcels & much less staff, there is very little we can do once it leaves us. Please do not contact us until 7 working days have passed. 

Q. My express delivery didn't arrive next day
A. Please allow 3 working days for express deliveries to be made, for obvious reason we simply can not guarantee delivery times.
