A specialist team will deliver your new hoist to your room of choice, provide full professional assembly, and ensure the equipment is fully tested, charged, and ready for safe immediate use. We also remove all bulky packaging for you, leaving your home tidy. Please allow 7-14 working days for this specialist service. Note: If you live in a remote or offshore area, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

FREE Delivery

This is a standard delivery of large or bulky items to the main entrance (front door) of your home or building, delivered within 2-3 working days. Your hoist will arrive securely packaged, typically in a heavy-duty box or on a pallet, depending on the model. While our drivers will always endeavour to deliver to your door, please note that if access is restricted, delivery will be made to the kerbside or the nearest accessible point. As this is a doorstep service, you will be responsible for bringing the item inside, unpacking the hoist, and completing basic self-assembly (such as securing the mast to the base, connecting the actuator, and plugging in the battery) using the instructions provided.

Room of Choice Delivery

A two-person delivery service that takes the heavy lifting out of your hands. We will carry your hoist to any room you choose and remove all packaging material for you. This service is delivered within 2-3 working days. (Note: This option includes delivery to your room and packaging removal, but does not include professional assembly. You will need to assemble the hoist components, connect the electronics, and ensure it is safe to use yourself).

Skip the shipping costs and pick up your hoist directly from our Garstang showroom (15 minutes from Lancaster, 25 minutes from Blackpool). Most orders are ready for collection within 1-3 business hours. Your hoist will be fully prepared, checked, and safety-tested by our specialist team to ensure it is ready for immediate use. Our staff will be on hand to guide you through the controls and offer advice on operation and battery care. Please ensure your vehicle is large enough to transport the hoist; many models can be folded down or dismantled into major components for easier loading.
