Collect From Our Garstang Showroom

Collection of the scooter is available at our Garstang showroom (15 minutes from Lancaster, 25 minutes from Blackpool), where you will find it fully prepared and ready for immediate use. Upon your arrival, our dedicated staff will provide you with a warm welcome and guide you to your new scooter, which has been carefully prepped for your collection. This means that from the moment you pick it up, your scooter is set up, checked, and adjusted to ensure optimal performance and safety. We ensure that all necessary preparations have been made so that you can start enjoying your scooter right away, without any further requirements for setup or adjustments. Our team at the Garstang showroom is also available to answer any questions you might have and to offer advice on maintenance and care to ensure you get the most out of your new purchase.

Home Delivery

Your scooter will arrive at your doorstep, delivered directly to your home, in a state of complete assembly and ready for immediate use. This means that from the moment you receive it, there will be no need for you to engage in any complicated setup procedures or assembly processes.

Ready To Drive

Upon delivery, your scooter will arrive fully assembled and securely fastened to a pallet, ensuring it reaches you in pristine condition. To begin enjoying your new scooter, all that is required from you is to carefully remove it from the pallet. This straightforward process eliminates the need for any assembly or complex setup, allowing you to start using your scooter immediately.

Standard Pallet Delivery

Upon its arrival, the scooter will be securely delivered on a pallet, ensuring its protection during transit. Once it reaches you, you will need to undertake the process of unboxing and assembling the scooter. This involves carefully removing the scooter and its components from the packaging, followed by a step-by-step assembly according to the instructions provided. This process is designed to be straightforward, allowing you to prepare your new scooter for its first ride. While assembly is required, all necessary tools and detailed guidance will be included to assist you in putting your scooter together efficiently and safely, ensuring you can enjoy your new mode of transport with minimal delay.

Scooter Warranty Options

Basic Return To Base (RTB) Warranty

Our 'Return to Base' warranty covers all parts and labour required to repair any manufacturing defects that your mobility device may experience during the warranty period. Under this policy, in the event that your scooter or powerchair develops a manufacturing defect, it is your responsibility to return the product to our service centre.

Please note, while we ensure that all repair costs related to parts and labour are covered under this warranty, the arrangement and cost of transporting the scooter or powerchair to and from our service centre are not included.

Diamond Care Warranty

Diamond Care Warranty warranty goes beyond the standard coverage, encompassing not only all parts and labour necessary for repairs but also extending to cover the costs associated with any call-outs and the collection of your product for service in the event of a valid claim.

Under the Diamond Care Warranty, should your product experience any manufacturing defect, you can rest assured that the entire process of diagnosing, transporting, repairing, and returning your product will be managed and financed by us. This means that in the case of a valid warranty claim, you won't have to worry about the logistical hassles or expenses typically involved with getting your product serviced. Our aim is to ensure that your experience is as convenient and stress-free as possible.

Rest assured, for customers with Diamond or Ultimate warranty packages, we make every effort to respond promptly in the event of a manufacturing defect. Our goal is to address any issues at your premises within a span of 7-10 days. However, if the fault cannot be readily resolved on-site, we will arrange for the item to be collected, repaired, and promptly returned to you.

Please bear in mind that the typical turnaround time for collection, repair, and return is approximately 14 days, though it is possible for this duration to extend further in some cases. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated. It's important to note that, regrettably, we are unable to provide loan equipment or compensation during this period.

The Drive Viper Mobility Scooter features a modern design and a host of features often found on much more premium models. These features include modern state-of-the-art controls, one touch tiller adjustment and delta handle bars. This vibrant Red coloured mobility scooter is the perfect choice for elderly and disabled users that want more independence and freedom in daily life. To ensure the smoothest and most comfortable ride and to allow for optimal handling, the Viper is fitted with all round suspension. The large, comfortable padded seat on the Viper easily rotates to allow for easy transfers both to and from the scooter. This seat also boasts a sliding and reclining function with fully adjustable head and armrests so the user can have a fully personalised fit depending on their requirements. The safety of the driver is the paramount consideration to the designers, which can be seen in the excellent safety features: twin wear view mirrors, anti-tip wheels and anti-roll back system. The Drive Viper Mobility Scooter is available with either 50 Ah or 79 Ah batteries which respectively provide a maximum range of 25 miles or 30 miles with a top speed of 8mph, meaning the user can be confident in their scooter as they go about their daily life.

N.B. The Viper comes with Free In-Home Delivery whereby your Mobility Scooter is delivered by a friendly, Mobility Scooter specialist who will set up, check and demonstrate it to you at your premises.
