You can pick up your chair from our Garstang showroom, just 15 minutes from Lancaster and 25 minutes from Blackpool. When you arrive, we'll greet you warmly and show you to your chair, which will be ready and waiting for you. Our team is here to help with any questions you have and to give tips on how to take care of your chair, making sure you enjoy it to the fullest.

Kerbside Delivery

Your chair will arrive safely on a pallet to protect it during its journey. When it gets to you, you'll need to open the box and put the chair together. Don't worry, it's a simple process. We'll provide you with all the tools you need, along with clear instructions to guide you through each step. This way, you can easily and safely assemble your chair.

5 Year Ulitmate Warranty & Accidental Damage Cover

Our 5-Year Ultimate Warranty & Accidental Damage Cover expands on the protection our Diamond Care offers by additionally covering staining and accidental damage. This includes stains, rips or tears, burns, scratches, punctures, scuffs, and pet damage. It also protects against structural and mechanical defects. This means any issues with mechanical or electric recliners and their components, bending or breakage of metal components, damaged zips, castors, and buttons, separation of seams and stitching, lifting or peeling of leather, and loss of resilience in foam and fibre interiors are covered. This comprehensive plan is designed to ensure your furniture remains in excellent condition, offering you complete peace of mind against both accidental damage and natural wear and tear.

Basic Return To Base (RTB) Warranty

Our 'Return to Base' warranty covers all parts and labour required to repair any manufacturing defects that your mobility device may experience during the warranty period. Under this policy, in the event that your chair develops a manufacturing defect, it is your responsibility to return the product to our service centre.

Please note, while we ensure that all repair costs related to parts and labour are covered under this warranty, the arrangement and cost of transporting the chair to and from our service centre are not included.
