Made from 100% waterproof fabric and featuring a drawstring hood, it has an elasticated skirt that seals neatly around the wheelchair frame, thus keeping both wind and rain at bay. On the back of this Wheelchair Mac there are slots to ensure the wheelchair push handles can remain in use.
