To promote peace of mind and maximum user safety, the Dash Lite 4 is equipped with both attendant-operated and user-operated brakes, these brakes help to aid when manoeuvring around tight spaces indoors as well as assist on slopes and ramps outdoors. Highly versatile this lightweight wheelchair is the ideal travel companion for indoor use and thanks to its 190mm (7.5") solid front castors and 609mm (24") solid rear wheels it can easily withstand the vigorous outdoors. Allowing for easy transfers both onto and off the Dash Lite 4 Wheelchair, the footplates can swing away and are detachable. Suitable for use in Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs), the Dash Lite 4 Wheelchair is crash-tested. When not in use and to allow for easy storage and transportation, the Dash Lite 4 can be folded to a highly compact size and the rear wheels are fitted with a quick-release function.
