A very different Bank Holiday Sale this year…

Who could have predicted the huge global upheaval caused by the Coronavirus pandemic? We know that life for many of our customers is particularly difficult at the moment and we’re trying to help in whatever way we can.

During the last few weeks, we’ve been supporting the efforts of our frontline NHS and private care homes, as well as for you, our valued and loyal customers - working around the clock to ensure that orders are fulfilled to the best of our ability and with only absolute minimum operational staff.

We’re hugely grateful to all of our customers, as you have displayed patience and understanding with some of our orders taking longer to deliver, due to the unavoidable strains being placed on Royal Mail and our other supply chain partners.

We’d like to reassure you that, although shipping in the current circumstances, may take longer, your order is safely being processed and will be delivered as quickly as possible in the current, very unusual circumstances.
