A time for fresh starts and our new look website!

Some of the more eagle-eyed amongst you may have noticed that our website has changed recently, but it’s not just the easy to use design, we’ve also changed our web address slightly.

For many years we’ve successfully used the website address ‘mobilitysmart.cc’ but we decided recently that we’d change this to ending in ‘.co.uk’.

It makes no difference to how our website works and its position in search engines like Google and Bing, but we feel that to new address will make it easier for customers who don’t know us as well, to see that we are a UK based company and the more familiar web address supports this.

We hope that the change will be welcome. We did quite a lot of research over the last few months to come to our decision, but we feel that the simplified domain name will be more easily understood and make the decision to choose Mobility Smart, an easier one.

So what else is new?

Our newly designed Mobility Smart website now gives lightning fast service, with pages loading in a fraction of a second, whether you are looking at it on a PC, tablet, or a mobile device.

There’s clever technology behind this, that compresses images and code, so that as a user of the website, you are not waiting for images and graphics to load and it’s a faster, more intuitive experience for you.

You’ll see that we’ve also revised our colour palette across our website to soften things down a little and to make the navigation of products simpler and clearer to those who can’t see as well.

Our aim has been generally, to make the shopping experience with Mobility Smart, as simple as possible. We know from customer feedback that many of you now prefer to shop from a tablet or mobile device, and as our website is fully ‘responsive’ it means that the pages are fully flexible and will scale properly to the dimensions of whichever device you decide to view us on.

Larger images, buttons and the composition of pages also makes the checkout stages of your purchase easier, now it’s so easy to compare products, look at sharp crisp images that you can easily zoom in on, and have as much information as possible to help you make the right decision.

As you may know, at Mobility Smart, we love to offer our customers regular promotions and sale events throughout the year. Our new website allows us to put on these promotions fluidly and so we can increase the frequency of promotions to give you amazing deals on the products you love.
