Basic Return To Base (RTB) Warranty

Our 'Return to Base' warranty covers all parts and labour required to repair any manufacturing defects that your mobility device may experience during the warranty period. Under this policy, in the event that your chair develops a manufacturing defect, it is your responsibility to return the product to our service centre.

Please note, while we ensure that all repair costs related to parts and labour are covered under this warranty, the arrangement and cost of transporting the chair to and from our service centre are not included.

Diamond Care Warranty

Diamond Care Warranty warranty goes beyond the standard coverage, encompassing not only all parts and labour necessary for repairs but also extending to cover the costs associated with any call-outs and the collection of your product for service in the event of a valid claim.

Under the Diamond Care Warranty, should your product experience any manufacturing defect, you can rest assured that the entire process of diagnosing, transporting, repairing, and returning your product will be managed and financed by us. This means that in the case of a valid warranty claim, you won't have to worry about the logistical hassles or expenses typically involved with getting your product serviced. Our aim is to ensure that your experience is as convenient and stress-free as possible.

Rest assured, for customers with Diamond or Ultimate warranty packages, we make every effort to respond promptly in the event of a manufacturing defect. Our goal is to address any issues at your premises within a span of 7-10 days. However, if the fault cannot be readily resolved on-site, we will arrange for the item to be collected, repaired, and promptly returned to you.

Please bear in mind that the typical turnaround time for collection, repair, and return is approximately 14 days, though it is possible for this duration to extend further in some cases. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated. It's important to note that, regrettably, we are unable to provide loan equipment or compensation during this period.

Our 5-Year Ultimate Warranty & Accidental Damage Cover expands on the protection our Diamond Care offers by additionally covering staining and accidental damage. This includes stains, rips or tears, burns, scratches, punctures, scuffs, and pet damage. It also protects against structural and mechanical defects. This means any issues with mechanical or electric recliners and their components, bending or breakage of metal components, damaged zips, castors, and buttons, separation of seams and stitching, lifting or peeling of leather, and loss of resilience in foam and fibre interiors are covered. This comprehensive plan is designed to ensure your furniture remains in excellent condition, offering you complete peace of mind against both accidental damage and natural wear and tear.

Please note that this option is not available if the chair is for commercial use eg. hospitals and care facilities where the chair will have multiple users

The Apollo Air Chair is a highly versatile seating system that has been specially designed for users who are at a medium to high risk of developing pressure ulcers. Pressure relief is an important aspect of its design and it features a manual air cushion air-pressure system that helps to distribute pressure effectively across the body without the problems of heat gain and excess sweating that are often associated with water-based or foam-based systems. Ideal for Acute, hospice and Homecare environments, the ergonomic and practical design makes it safe and easy to manoeuvre and maintain. The unique, patented design ensures a true lay flat position to aid comfort and also makes the seat safe for use by those suffering from dementia who may need to be protected against falling forward. As a result of its excellent cushioning and pressure distribution, it can also be used as a bed, thereby reducing the number of transfers that may need to be performed. Where transfers are required, the side panels will swing down, giving the carer easier access to the user. Providing the user with extreme levels of comfort, the Apollo Air Chair is fitted with a genuine Dartex Fabric, this highly durable fabric is compatible with most cleaning solutions to guarantee maximum hygiene levels.

Accidents happen and that is why we offer an optional Staingard Plus furniture protection plan. Staingard Furniture Care plans cover structural failure, accidental damage and accidental staining.

The care plan provides cover for a comprehensive range of household accidents that result in damage or staining to your furniture. Following the delivery of your furniture you will receive a document detailing this and also how to make a claim. It's important to recognise that you're not covered for a lack of care of your furniture or abuse, and multiple stains and damages sustained over an extended period of time are similarly not covered.
