The handle spreads the weight across the whole palm, making it more comfortable to use than a standard walking stick. Its ergonomically shaped handle is especially useful for smaller hands, where other sticks may be too large or prove uncomfortable. The handle is also positioned more toward the centre of the cane, which helps reduce the stress on the wrist.
